The Five Blends

Tridosha “Salt of the Sea” is a balance of ingredients from the earth and the sea.

Tridosha uses all natural ingredients to blend Australian sea salt, cracked peppercorns and a world of herbs and spices – it is the perfect pantry essential.

 Australia is surrounded by some of the most pristine oceans in the world and with an awareness of food miles and finite global resources - Tridosha uses Australian sea salt, all natural ingredients and no preservatives or additives.

We hand blend organic and wild crafted ingredients where possible, with some of our raw ingredients actually grown by Tridosha.

 Tridosha “Salt of the Sea” ‘is our original artisan product created by Tridosha over twenty years ago, and we continue to promote our principles of sustainability through our packaging and through our ethical choices.

 All Tridosha products are hand blended and packaged in Australia.

Chilli Bayou - baby chilli pepper and sun-dried tomato blended to create the best pepper steak, chilli prawn, stir fry or french fries.

Citrus Siam - A fresh light blend of lemon grass and sesame to sprinkle on seafood or chicken.

Mediterano - Basil & sundried tomato blended to enhance any Italian dish, and perfect on eggs, salads and all vegetable dishes.

Native Spice - The unique Australian blend of native ingredients - to sprinkle on any seafood, or chicken dish.

Indian Summer - A warm blend of pink peppercorns, yellow mustard seeds and cumin seed. Perfect with beef, pork and lamb and vegetable dishes such as potato or cauliflower.

Royal Tea

Tridosha “Royal Tea”

In 2013, Justine was awarded the NSW Gold Medal for the ‘Dilmah Real High Tea Competition’. The competition tests the knowledge of tea, the use of tea as an ingredient in original recipes, and celebrates the formal setting of the High Tea. With a gold medal and an honourable mention, a real honour also came from meeting the Dilmah family – a Sri Lankan family of inspiration in business and charity.

 With the gold medal and with a family birthplace in the majestic tea growing hill country of Sri Lanka, Tridosha “Royal Tea” was launched in 2014 as an acknowledged celebration of tea.

 ‘Tridosha “Royal Tea” is a range of beautifully designed organic loose-leaf black and green teas. Elegantly packaged for the most beautiful gift or high tea.

 Tridosha “Royal Tea” uses only organic ingredients, tea leaves from Fair Trade plantations and plantations that are carbon neutral.

 Tridosha aims to present awareness through respectfully acknowledging the human energy used in production.

Tridosha “Spice of Life”

The Tridosha “Spice of Life range introduces you to the distinctive, aromatic and rich colours of Indian and Sri Lanka spices.

Tridosha “Spice of Life” offers a unique gift range of whole spices and masala blends with three easy to use curry powders – mild, medium and hot.

All Tridosha products are all natural and hand blended and packaged in Australia.

There are three blends to choose from:

Kashmiri Masala
The richness of the Tandoori. The North Indian style of cooking for chicken, beef or lamb.

Malabar Masala
The fire of Southern India. Like the traditional vindaloo, Malabar Masala is brought to perfection with chicken, beef prawn.

Kerala Masala
Golden spices to blend with coconut - creates a mild and aromatic Southern Indian curry.
